Turkish Delight Rocky Road

  • 200g best quality milk chocolate
  • 200g 78% best quality dark chocolate
  • 1 ½ cups salted peanuts
  • 150g marshmallow
  • 270g Turkish delight cut into chunks

Melt the two chocolates in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Add peanuts, marshmallows and Turkish delight. Mix well. Pour mix onto lined slice try and leave to cool and set. Once the rocky road is set, cut into chunks and serve. Best eaten within 2 days.
