
Long Track Firecracker Sticky Pork Ribs
(Serves 4)
Ingredients
- 12-16 pork spare ribs
- 1 cup Long Track Pantry Spicy BBQ Sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground ginger (or fresh grated if preferred)
- Salt & cracked black pepper
Method
1. Prep the ribs
Preheat oven to 150°C.
Pat ribs dry, season generously with salt, pepper and smoked paprika.
2. Slow cook
Wrap ribs tightly in foil and place on a tray.
Bake for 2.5–3 hours until tender and pulling away from the bone.
3. Make the glaze
In a bowl, mix:
Spicy BBQ Sauce + honey + vinegar + soy + garlic + ginger.
4. Turn up the heat
Remove ribs from foil and place on a lined tray or BBQ.
Brush generously with glaze.
Cook at 200°C (or on a medium BBQ) for 10–15 minutes, turning and basting until caramelised and sticky.
5. Finish
Let rest slightly, slice between ribs and serve piled high.

With crunchy slaw + toasted sesame
Thick cut chips or potato wedges
