Damaged, defective or perished stock can be returned for replacement.
Long Track Pantry products must include use by date and label.

Items need to be returned within 21 days of purchase.

Where Long Track Pantry accepts responsibility for the defect, we will pay all freight within Australia

CREDIT for returns?
Items will be replaced where possible, or refunded if no replacement stock is available.

Instore return option?
Returns to the Long Track Pantry must occur between 8am and 4pm Wednesday to Monday.  Please note that no-one in store may be authorised to issue an immediate replacement.
