Kasundi is a rich, delicious tomato sauce or pickle of Indian origin. It has a lovely chilli warmth and a depth of flavour thanks to the mustard seeds and garlic.

Tomatoes, apples, apple cider vinegar, brown onions, brown sugar, ginger, salt, red chillies, nigella seeds, garlic, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, tumeric, coriander seeds, chilli powder, whole cloves.
