Renowned cook and author, Anneka Manning brings her recipes and cooking tips to the Long Track in two, not to be missed, demonstrations.

In the class you will also receive a copy of Anneka's new book; Bake, Eat, Love (to be published in July)

KID'S HEALTHY LUNCHBOXES - 10am
Learn to bake a collection of easy-to-make recipes that your kids will love with absolutely no nasty preservatives or additives. This workshop with Anneka Manning will compare store-bought muffins, muesli bars, biscuits and cakes with the home-baked versions and show you how to fill your kids lunch boxes with plenty of healthy, sweet and savoury alternatives.

NO TIME TO BAKE - 2pm
In this workshop Anneka Mannig will introduce you to a collection of no-fuss one-bowl mixes for cakes, slices and biscuits that require only basic equipment and store-cupboard ingredients. In less time than it will take you to get to your local store and back, not only will your cake be in the oven but the washing up will also be done. Who said they had no time to bake!
