Spoonful of Country –by Catherine Bragg.

Originally published in 2001, ‘Spoonful of Country’  was the brainchild of Catherine Bragg and Noeline Reading.  Cathie and Juliet (Noeline's daughter) completed the book in memory of Noeline, which was highly successful and sold out much to the disappointment of many an aspiring country cook .

 ‘Spoonful of Country' has been re-printed with a new spring look and is available exclusively through the Long Track store or website.

Spoonful of Country is soon to be followed by Cathie & Juliet’s second book ‘Farm Cafe’ which is a collection of recipes from country farmhouse and a small country cafe.  Release date to be confirmed – WATCH THIS SPACE!!
