Seasonal Country Cooking Classes
Juliet Robb (from the Long Track) is joined by Jules Lenehan (internationally trained Cordon Bleu chef) to offer a new range of seasonal cooking classes at the Long Track Pantry.
The classes include recipes true to the style of the Long Track. "We add a contemporary twist to the essential full flavours of country cooking" according to Jules. "The lessons suit both beginners and experienced cooks who are looking for fresh ideas."
Bookings are strictly limited to 9 per class making them small and hands-on, so people leave knowing they can reproduce what they've made.
The cost is $90 per lesson and includes:
- Cooking lesson with small class numbers
- Printed recipes
- Lunch/Dinner
- Glass of wine
- Espresso coffee
- Entertaining styling tips
Classes are held in the kitchen of the Long Track Pantry and the second series of classes are outlined below. Corporate Groups are welcome.
